On behalf of our client we are looking for an experienced lawyer. The position is based in Munich and permanent. Start should be immediately.
About the Position:
Our client is seeking a fully qualified lawyer to join its legal team at our client’s Munich office. We are looking for a lawyer (m/f) with a demonstrated ability to handle commercial and corporate transactions, provide general legal support and provide legal and business advise to the organization using our client’s internal tools and processes.
About the Position:
The primary responsibilities will be:
 Contract support: Prepare, review, comment on and negotiate contracts with our client customers, suppliers and partners.
 Support of corporate matters and maintenance of subsidiaries. Support of Finance Department in preparing annual filings.
 Handle other tasks that arise from time to time and require the attention of an our client attorney.
 Assure conformity and consistency in application of our client legal and business policies and practices.
 Participate in efforts to enhance the legal department’s overall performance.

Basic Qualifications:
 Education: Fully qualified lawyer allowed to practice law in a European jurisdiction.
 A minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience in a legal role.
 Lingual fluency and legal drafting skills in English and a second European language.
Desired Qualifications:
 Strong working knowledge of contract laws.
 Astute commercial awareness, robust time management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
 Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
 Experience in the telecommunications or IT field, ideally with in-house experience.
 Additional language skills in European languages are an advantage.
 Excellent written and oral communication skills, including a clear and concise drafting style.
 Flexibility to work with peers and internal clients located in diverse time zones.
 Upbeat temperament, dynamic personality and highly team-oriented approach to work.
