IT Support in Munich asap for one year

On behalf of our client we are looking for IT Support in Munich asap for one year for following role:
Required to work at our client site in Munich for the IT provisioning role which will include the following:
1. Refresh swap/retrieval
a. End user coordination
b. System deployment, swap, data transfer & retrieval
c. Quarantine of returned systems
d. Preparation for return/hot swap/redeployment/disposal
2. New hire/contractor provisioning
3. Miscellaneous end user IT equipment requests
4. Training room setup
5. Asset requests for replacements
6. Return of equipment
7. Termination - asset collection services
8. Asset management services
9. Performance Measurement & Reporting

Technical and skill requirements:
o Imaging of Desktops and Laptops
o Ability to support - Mac OS X, M/S Windows 7 and Linux
o Good awareness of Linux/Mac OS X
o M/S office
o Anti Virus software support and awareness
o Networking skills and TCP/IP awareness and understanding
o Resolve assigned Incidents, problems, and service requests
o Perform timely delivery of service per the processes outlined in the Statement of Work
o Resolve the problem by using a systematic troubleshooting approach and appropriate technical documentation, diagnostic, and maintenance procedures

Any experience in the following roles is also advantageous:
Desk Side Support, Roll out Engineer, 2nd Level support, System Administrator
